Area
Lake Panasoffkee is centrally located to all Mid-Florida tourist attractions. Disney World, Silver Springs, Cypress Gardens, Homosassa Springs, Sea World, Weeki-Wachee, and many more are within an hour's drive. Marineland, Daytona International Speedway and others are approximately two hour's drive. We are close enough to major attractions to be convenient and far enough away to be out of the high cost and noisy area. Use Turtleback RV resort as your refreshing base of operations to see Central Florida.

The Lake
Lake Panasoffkee has 27 square miles of excellent bass fishing. The Lake is spring fed and empties into the famous Withlacoochee River, which flows into the Gulf of Mexico; and has been featured in most outdoor and sports magazines in the country. Shellcracker, Bluegill, Speckled Perch, Catfish and Chain Pickerel are also plentiful.

Camp Activities
The main activities at the camp are fishing, boating, and quiet relaxing We have an excellent heated swimming pool, two shuffleboard courts, horseshoes, pool table, and other yard games. All year round, our new air-conditioned recreation hall is used for potluck dinners, bingo, card games, craft activities, parties, dancing, big screen TV, and numerous other activities.
